Mantle Group has been involved in key property developments throughout South East Queensland over the past 30 years.

Mantle Group’s property business was established in 1980 with the acquisition of 200 acres of residential development land at Pullenvale, 16 kilometres from Brisbane CBD.

Since then Mantle Group’s focus has been on large community-based developments with a mixture of uses.

The Mantle Group team has proven capacity to plan and deliver significant developments with extensive experience in hotel and apartment development.

The group’s property division has focused on investment properties and larger land parcels with potential for development of sustainable communities.

Current projects include Rise Gold Coast Highlands (a $1.4 billion Master Planned Community) and Noosa on Weyba (a $500 million waterfront joint venture development).
